Hello, I’m Zahara! I am extremely passionate about learning and committed to helping students realise their potential. Confidence, empathy, and understanding are key to the learning process, and I am dedicated to helping my students become the best students possible. I identify what sort of learners the students are and tailor the sessions to them. Importantly, relating what they are learning to what their career aspirations or interests are imbues the subjects with greater importance, increasing interest and retention.
Having completed a double degree, I bring a conceptual and adaptable approach to tutoring, building the attributes and success of my students with each session and investing in them the knowledge and confidence to complete their studies successfully and productively.
Qualifications and Experience:
2 years of tutoring experience at Middle and High School level
University Education:
Bachelor of International Relations
Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics
Currently undertaking Masters of International Relations at the Australian National University
