Hi, I’m Josie! I’m passionate about helping students discover their strengths and feel confident in their learning. Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) at the Australian National University, majoring in Intelligent Systems and Mathematics with a minor in Japanese. I love sharing my enthusiasm for Mathematics, English, and Japanese education. I also offer tutoring in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence—fields I’m deeply passionate about and actively research.
Alongside my studies, I have spent years tutoring and leading educational workshops through my role at Robogals Canberra, where I teach STEM skills to students of all ages.
My goal as a tutor is to create a supportive and encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring new ideas, and enjoying the process of learning.
Qualifications and Experience:
4 years of tutoring experience in STEM subjects and English, working with students from primary to high school levels
University Education:
Currently completing a Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) - Majoring in Intelligent Systems and Mathematics with a minor in Japanese
